A bomb blast has been reported in the London’s subway train during the morning rush hours on Friday. It is said that the bomb was homemade bucket bomb. This bomb blast injured at least 22 people.

To be precise about the bomb blast, it took place at the District Line train at Persons Green station. The officials immediately said it was a terrorist incident. If looked back, it was the fifth terrorist attack in Britain this year. Though police have not taken into custody in the basis of suspects but the officials are our searching the street and the manhunt is on its hype, to know whether it was done by a single person or a group was behind this terrorist attack. The police said that they are making fast-time inquiries and are checking closely with the security services. The counter-terrorism policing chief, Mark Rowley said hundreds of detectives are scanning through the surveillance camera footage, carrying out every possible forensic work and have been speaking to the witnesses to find out even a small lead they can get.

An improvised explosive device was used in the attack. Photos taken inside the train shows a white plastic bucket inside a supermarket shopping bag with flames and what appear to wires to be visible in there. The police did not provide any kind of details of any suspect as the investigation is still going on. It was assumed that at least one of the injury was considered to be serious or life threatening but most of them were just flash burns said the ambulance services. It is reported that the fire fighter service was there within 3 minutes of the incident. It is assumed that it the bucket bomb would have exploded properly the outcomes would have been worse.

“I heard a large bang from the doors on the other side of the tube train and this fireball came towards my head and signed off my hair- I have got burn marks at the top my head. Everyone just ran off the train, it was quite scary. It was a really hot intense fireball above my head, I’ve just got red marks and burns to the top of my head there were a lot of people a lot worse than me.” said a passenger, Peter Crowley, who was there at the time of blast.

London Mayer, Sadiq Khan said “Our city utterly condemns the hideous individuals who attempt to use terror to harm us and destroy our way of life. As London has proven again and again, we will never be intimidated or defeated by terrorism.”

To this incident, British Prime Minister, Theresa tweeted “My thoughts are with those injured at the Parsons Green and emergency services who are responding bravely to this terrorist incident.”

Another passenger, Richard Aylmer-Hall, 53 said that most of the people were not injured because of the blast but most of them got injured in the stampede that took place after the blast. He says it was an hour in which there was a huge crowd present at the place.

It was also reported that many kids were also injured because of the blast and according to a passenger, while she was standing with the support of a railing there was a pregnant beneath her and she tried her best to not to push the lady.
