All James Bond fans should be elated, there is another movie coming for you. Daniel Craig has confirmed that he will be taking up the role of James Bond in the upcoming movie, ‘Bond 25’. This statement was made public on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” by Craig. This will be the fifth time Craig will be resuming the role of James Bond.

After being asked the same question over and over again, Craig gave in “I have been quite cagey about it. I have been doing interviews all day and people have been asking me and I think I’ve been rather coy. But kind of felt like if I was going to speak the truth I should speak truth to you.” And then Colbert asked, “We could use some good news here. Daniel Craig, will you return as Bond?”

The answer was a simple, “Yes”.

The fans went crazy and were elated to hear the news, the studio audience reacted with loud cheers to the one-word answer. On the other hand, the viewers from home took to twitter to showcase their happiness. Twitter started blowing up with memes of all kinds, here are a few:

Craig has previously taken up the role of James Bond in ‘Casino Royale’, ‘Quantum of Solace’, ‘Skyfall’ and ‘Spectre’. They have all been a major hit with the loyal fans of the James Bond dynasty, so the genuine wave of relief was expected considering the anticipation behind every Bond movie makes everybody anxious about the next actor who will take up the role as Bond, James Bond.

But Craig has hinted towards the idea that this might be his last endeavor in the world of James Bond. “I think this is it. I just want to go out on a high note and I can’t wait,” he said.

We can still take a breath of relief as Daniel Craig will be back on the big screen, even if this might be the last time, as the famous fictional Secret Agent, James Bond.

Congratulations to us!
